Research interests

I am interested in Plant Biogeography and Evolutionary Biogeography, Plant Ecology, micro-climate and Landscape Ecology. Currently, I am working on defining common important niche axes of Brassicaceae species with different elevational ranges in the Alps.

Education and professional experience

since 2/2017 University of Basel, Postdoctoral researcher

Title: The role of climatic islands in the sky in the persistence of plant species under past and future climate change. The project was under the umbrella of the Plant Science and Policy Programme and funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (Grant Nr: 132471)
