We are delighted to announce that the new PhD Program Environmental Sciences has been officially approved by the Rectorate, including the requested funding, and will launch at our department in the upcoming spring semester.

The program is open to all newly enrolled PhD students, as well as to those who have already started their PhD. To register for the program, select it in your doctoral agreement and send your (updated) doctoral agreement to the Dean’s office (diss-philnat@clutterunibas.ch) and the PhD office (phd-duw@clutterunibas.ch).

We especially recommend the new course “Starter Kit for a Successful PhD” to all DUW PhD students who are in their first year, including students who are enrolled in the PSC PhD Programs, where this course falls under elective activities from Unibas.
